I’ve worked closely with governments across Latin America, Africa, and Europe.

My Work Philosophy

My approach

My work focuses on helping governments modernize their identification, border control, and passport systems, ensuring the highest standards of security, efficiency, and public trust.

Over the years, I have supported governments and institutions across Latin America, Africa, and Europe in the design and implementation of secure digital identity and border management solutions aligned with ICAO standards and international best practices.

At the same time, I apply the principles of the TMO (Transformation Management Office) methodology to guide public institutions on their journey toward sustainable digital transformation. This framework helps structure, coordinate, and accelerate change processes, ensuring tangible results and a holistic vision that can be applied to any type of project — from digital identity to organizational or technological transformation.

My philosophy is simple: modernize with purpose, transform with method, and support with experience.

What is a TMO?

The Transformation Management Office (TMO)

Is an organizational model that leads, coordinates, and accelerates transformation processes with a cross-sectional vision across the entire organization. It integrates people, processes, and technology to generate real and tangible impacts, measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as compliance, cost savings, direct revenue generation, or increased competitiveness.

Organizations aiming for lasting change are adopting TMO-like structures as the backbone of their transformation efforts.

How Do You Want to Move Forward?

Digital transformation cannot wait. It demands speed, clarity, and visible results. Good intentions aren’t enough; concrete actions leading to measurable improvements are essential.
